Jobs Description

- Check to verify all goods received from suppliers and posting POS or Accounting System. - Prepared stock card to control each items of inventory. - Issue stock received slip and count for stock received from suppliers than pass to stock card. - Issue stock requisition slip went send the items to each outlets than pass to stock card. - Record stock received into POS or accounting system. - Record stock requisition into POS or accounting system. - Daily check to clarify all stock cards are fix with the real product. - Joint physical count at least once a week with each outlet. - Prepare weekly stock reconciliation of all outlets after weekly physical count. - Produce monthly reports: Monthly stock report, adjustment report to AM, FM, CFO. - Documentation on stock received, stock requisition, physical count, stock adjustment, and Inventory list report in ordering. - Assist Account to issue invoice and make receipts from clients. - Other tasks assigned by manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Age 21-35 - BBA/Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance - Knowledge of POS, Quick Book and other system - At least 2 years’ experience in accounting field (related to stock is advantage) - Good at both written and spoken English - A sound working knowledge of computer - Self-motivation and initiative - Honest and hardworking - Be flexible Person - Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule - Honest, working hard, and quick learner - All Applicants should be updated CV and Photo - Qualified Candidates will shortlist for interviewing * Preferred Skills Accounting & Management * Code of Conduct: - Keep a good presentation and express perfect behaviour and appearance, seriousness - Be industrial and helpful - Be polite and friendly - Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work - Work independent and confidential * Staff’s Benefit: - Received Gasoline Monthly - Provide Phone, Sim Card and Phone card - Annual Leave 15days - Sick Leave 7days - Private Insurance (Health, Accident and Life insurance) - Public Insurance (NSSF) - Staff’s Evaluation Twice per year - Staff’s Birthday - Annual Party - And other Special Discount from Partner Shops Note: This employee job description can be modified or amended according to the Company’s needs.
