Manage, lead and improve every aspect of various business units in the company including but not limited to Sale & Marketing, Operation, Finance & Accounting and Human Resource with a willingness to deliver best customer service, maximize operational efficiency and increase sales revenue. • develop & implement effective short and long term business plan, strategies and ensure efficient allocation of both financial and non-financial resources. • Develop annual budget and other financial planning to accurately forecast financial performance and deliver financial results. • Plan, analyze, coordinate, improve and follow-up overall tasks and projects with management proficiency and cost saving mind set. • Formulate and update regularly policies, procedures, work forms, reports, workflows, SOPs and monitor and sustain compliance to ensure performance efficiency. • Enhance company’s image and enforce ethical business practices. • Oversee & ensure the effectiveness of sale & marketing strategies for overall company to achieve revenue targets. • Develop strategies to enhance the Company’s market position and maintain competitive advantage and identify business growth opportunities to generate new businesses. • Build leaders amongst leaders to sustain rapport relationship with clients and stakeholders. • Recruit, train, coach, monitor and motivate team to deliver best performance, evaluate & increase productivity and retain team members. • Review and update meeting agenda for teams and organize regular meeting • Prepare and present regular report to senior managers • Perform other tasks assigned by Managing Director
