Issue Invoice and prepare account reconciliation. • Work with related staffs to follow up and control accounts receivables. • Manage Account payable and file documents properly. • Prepare Payment Voucher (PV), advance voucher (AV), …. and all necessary supporting documents and file it properly. • Cooperate with partnering Banks, MFIs to smooth customers’ payment. • Administer payrolls, supervise income and control expenditure. • Review and track Petty cash, Cash book, bank statements…. • Post and update financial data in the system to ensure that data will be accurate and immediately available when needed. • Oversee fixed assets, inventory and stock items. • Ensure all transactions are accurate, transparency, completeness and confidentiality in both soft and hard copy. • Involve in some administrative tasks as needed. • Prepare and submit reports regularly • Performs other tasks assigned by management.

Bachelor Degree of accounting, finance or other related fields • Proven experience as accountant is advantageous • Well-versed in accounting principles and great attention to detail. • Good in computer literacy (MS.
