Jobs Description

1. Coordinate and support service of HR/Admin operation to Hanuman Group (Hanuman Travel, Montra Nivesha Hotel and Hanuman Traditional Fines Arts) based in Siem Reap. 2. Cooperate with HR/Admin Officer and report to HR/Admin Manager in head office. 3. Prepare monthly report of HR/Admin Operation for HR/Admin Manager. 4. Coordinate with the Residence Manager and all Heads of Department of Hanuman Group to ensure that staff, security guards, messenger, drivers and other staff on duties to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently and in accordance with Hanuman Group’s working standard and policies. 5. Assist the Company Management, Admin/HR Manager in coordinating with the fleet supervisor in fleet management, maintenance of Company’s vehicles, motorcycle and bicycle to ensure that they are in good working condition. 6. Ensure that all staff and managers follow the company flowchart, policies and regulations while working or when requested. 7. Assist other Heads of Departments in staff issues such as performance appraisal, promotion, transferring, termination, staff development, resolving conflicts and applying disciplinary measures, etc. and preparing letters informing staff of such actions. 8. Consult with the Admin/HR Manager and/or Company Management before applying disciplinary measures. 9. As a member of the management team, provide various supports and consulting to Hanuman Group’s Management Team in the area of organization, human resource and admin development. 10. Inform the Residence Manager, relevant Heads of Department, Admin/HR Manager and/or Company Management if there are any complaints from employees or Heads of Department and conduct investigation to find out the truth of each complaint on the timely basis. 11. Work closely with relevant Heads of Department to ensure that: - The premises of the office are clean and tidy everyday - All office equipment is in good condition - manage all office and admin related issues 12. Ensure accuracy of the salary, compensation, staff’s benefits and other office expenses by reviewing payroll, payment/purchase request forms, and relevant reports. 13. Continuously develop and revise HR manual on a timely basis. 14. Oversee the implementation of HR policies including interpretation and application in case of difficult or unclear aspects. 15. Ensure that all employees’ information is updated both in personnel file and in staff database. 16. Ensure all that leave applications are filled properly and complied with the Company’s procedure and policies. 17. Conduct exit interview with staff separated from Hanuman Group to identify the real reasons for leaving and inform relevant Heads of Department accordingly. 18. Ensure that Hanuman Group has all documents, certificates, and licenses required by the government. 19. Assist the Company’s Management, Residence Manager, and/or Heads of Department to identify the problems related to staff of Hanuman Group. 20. Conducting a staff interview/give verbal warning before the warning letter is served. 21. Prepare and review memos, announcements, reports, documents, agreements, employment contracts and other administrative correspondences related to staff and those from governments and/or before filing. 22. Provide recommendation to the Company’s Management on staff performance appraisal and other issues related to HR/Admin for further improvement. 23. Build strong relationships with local authorities, organizations, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and universities to get good employees to achieve the business objectives. 24. Work closely with Operation Department to monitor and manage drivers’ reports. 25. Design all job announcements by working closely with relevant Heads of Departments and/or Residence Manager. 26. Conduct and/or participate in interview of applicants for jobs at Hanuman Group. 27. Any other areas of work assigned by the Company Management.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, especially, in Management - At least 2-3 years work experienced as HR/Admin Manager in Hotel Industry. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word & Excel, Advance Excel, Ms. Outlook) - Good Organizational Skill - Can Speak and Writing English well. - Good critical thinking and communication skill, especially, communicate with direct clients. - Can work under pressure.
