- Work with key partners to deeply understand their business strategies and priorities, actively identifying opportunities where research, analytics and professionalization can most powerfully impact consumer experiences and fuel internal decision-making. - Develop marketing media strategy and techniques for professionalization of marketing communication and consult and advise marketing and business stakeholders on customer targeting approach best suited to achieve goals - Analyses effectiveness of customer targeting and media strategies, incorporating a wide variety of signals, data types and sources, and work with others on the team to assess impact of marketing communications - Possess strong marketing experience in fields of education, catering service and real estate(condominiums and apartment). - Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize the opportunities and increase company revenues target. - Initiate, plan & conduct marketing activities to improve business results. - Plan and organize promotional presentations and maintain marketing calendar. - Strong communication and creative thinker. - Knowledge of marketing via social media websites. - Coordinate events. - Communicate with clients regarding quotes, products, and ensuring their details are kept current. - Monitoring and evaluating sales analysis and trends. - Demonstrate strong analytical skills - Report operations & results of marketing activity to CEO - Other works required by management
