- Experience in management, operations, and leadership. - University Graduate with Engineering background (Power Electronic would be more advantage). - Relevant experience with Key Accounts/Systems Integrators. (Banks/ Microfinance in Cambodia) - Able to analyse market data in respective country. - Ability to build consensus and relationships among the team, partners, and employees. - A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Proficient in English. - Solid understanding of financial management. - Develops and implements marketing strategies via online platforms, advertisements, events etc. to promote brand awareness.
