•Supporting the HR and administrative issues •Monitoring office operations •Monitoring all office building facilitators to ensure the full functioning runs smoothly •Managing meeting rooms for staff usage as well as managing other facilities as required •Managing the inventory of stationery to be sufficient at all times •Keeping track of staff attendance and leave for management reports •Managing the company car •Issuing the department’s PRs/POs

•Female or male, aged 25-30 years old •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field •1-2 years of administrative or secretarial work experience •Have experience with opening new factory with Cambodia law •Cambodian nationality •Independent as well as a good team player •Good command of both written and spoken English •Good command of Microsoft Office •Able to do a multi-task •Good service mind and good personality •Can Speak English and Thai Well Remark: •Able to stay in Bangkok for a training for 1-2 months
