1. To lead and supervise of day-to-day operation to ensure service standards are followed 2. To handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas 3. To actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up. 4. To ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section 5. To report necessary maintenance items 6. Ability to coordinate and cooperate with other departments regarding housekeeping services/activities 7. Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals 8. To follow all safety and sanitation policies 9. Other duties as assigned by Housekeeping manager

Knowledge and Skills • Knowledge of knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures and time management • Have be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Good in English communication skills and problem solving • Good at leadership skills • Highly responsible & reliable • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs Education and Experiences: • High School Diploma is required • At least 2 years experiences related with Hotel and Restaurant or Resort • Computer Skills (Ms.Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail...)
