Key Responsibilities: - Make sure technology infrastructure of the hotel operates smoothly and effectively. - Workstations / hardware quality & specs against required usage. - Network peripherals, printers, communication - Ability to diagnose failures, replace, add components. - Server/ network installation, configuration & administration, backups / restore. - Make plan of equipment, installation, licensed software follow-up. - Data protection, firewalls, anti-virus, spyware, spam control solutions. - Programming additional task as requested. - Support all employees in IT issues/Design. - Troubleshooting PMS - Backup/Restore PMS. - Management users account, right.
