* Communication/PR/Events - Support PR agency and Marketing partners as necessary - Customer relationship management: maintain frequent contact with the hotel’s guests and clients through direct marketing activities - Coordinate quarterly art exhibitions with necessary partners - Coordinate photography and videography sessions - Create marketing collaterals Digital - Manage the hotel and associated outlets’ social media to engage both global staying guests and local audiences for F&B and Spa - Create and maintain all online content and images to ensure accuracy and consistency(website, OTAs, metasearch sites, …) Sales Support - In collaboration with the Sales team, implement promotions - Help creating Sales presentations
