HOSTEL MANAGER - LUB D SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA - Based in Siem Reap, you will be managing our 230-bed property which continues to rack up numerous awards, has the most amazing private & dorm rooms with awesome public spaces including a world class swimming pool, and awesome restaurant & bar. - You will manage a team of over 60 staff who take pride and joy in being the best hostel in Siem Reap with the highest rates on Hostel world and Trip Advisor. - Need to have strong skill set to manage the various departments in the property, from F&B, to sales & marketing, traveler experience, and drive both room revenue and non-room revenues. - Need to be constantly out and about in the property with the team and travelers, and ensuring the traveler experience at Lub d is the best in town. - You have to be culturally wise, understanding, professional, able to recruit the best team members, and manage and support your team. - Hands on management style a must. We expect our leaders to be at the coalface leading from the front. This means the occasional pub crawl, bike tour & temple run. Our guests will know your name
