Jobs Description

- Perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions and accounts payable transactions in accordance with the internal procedures. Check and maintain accurate ledgers and statements, including data input to the computer. - Prepare all necessary financial statements, including PL account and balance sheet, to provide accurate and timely financial information in accordance with the statutory and corporate requirements. - Produce reports for completion of taxation returns required by statute and other regulations. - Assist in producing cash flow forecasts. Assist in preparing monthly management reports to produce timely and accurate management information. - Assist in the internal and external audit to ensure that the auditors have all necessary information as required. - Monitor expenditure against budgets and advise Operation Manager of any significant variances. - Coordinate and work with logistics providers to arrange fleets of trucks and ships to ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods to the desired location in the most effective and efficient way within cost constraints. Perform import custom clearance and import declaration to ensure accurate rating of duties and taxes and avoid delay and surcharge. - Prepare and apply import licenses application with relevant documents to ensure timely and smooth in- bounding shipments in accordance with all legal requirements and regulations. - Verify the contents and compare with the shipping records and documents, such as P/I, Invoices or shipping orders, packing list, D/O and B/L etc. to ensure the accuracy of incoming shipment info and to ensure a smooth operation without delay. - Work closely with vendors for goods delivery schedules to ensure the shipment against requirements specified in purchase order and to ensure most efficient and effective manner. - Adopt other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the company.
