Job Responsibility - To receive, record and upload all incoming documentation. - To ensure all documents including construction drawings, material submittals, inspection requests etc. are correctly recorded and filed. - To manage the day to day activities of the construction office. - To attend meetings in the site office and prepare/issue Minutes of Meetings. - To coordinate and liaise with NBC Engineers. - Other office related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. - Copy, print, scan, upload, file and record all construction related documentation.

Job Requirements • Willing to work in the site office at Northbridge Communities. • At least 2 year experience as a document controller in a Construction Office. • Must be familiar with construction related procedures and terminology. • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet). • Strong organization and interpersonal communication skills • Initiative, creative, hard-working, friendly, team work, and strong commitment. • Must be fluent in English (both written and oral).
