- Check and verify the outstanding invoices from suppliers - Preparing payment request and voucher for settlement - Monitor daily bank register balance - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations - Report daily bank register balance to the management - Check and verify invoices to customers - Daily record and classify expenses, revenues, AR and AP in accounting system - Reconcile AR & AP aging report balance against GL account on monthly basis - Monitor daily petty cash on hand - Prepare cash reimbursement report and get approved by supervisor - Other tasks assigned by the management
