- Control Computer network and Internet - Create user account and assign permission to access data on server - Create email account and setup in Windows, Mac, phone & IPAD - Setup antivirus for all server & Client (Definition Update) - Troubleshoot IT problem, identify root of the problem and make solution - Assure network and Internet connection is always available for users - Maintain Mail Server , Domain Controller, Database Server, File Server, Camera System, Phone System, Wi-Fi, finger print for access door, and Printer - Configure router, wireless, access point, share printer, & scanner - Check software on computer to see if it meets IT guideline and policy - Make disaster recovery plan, offsite backup, daily backup - Control and share resource such as camera, printer, laptop, scanner - Study system and propose upgrade if needed - Contact suppliers for quotation and maintain IT inventory list

- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Master Degree of Computer Science. - At least five year experience in IT support and administration - Must be knowledgeable about Microtik, Windows Server 2008, Printer Server - Knowledge of the following is a plus: Exchange Server 2010, Eset Antivirus, PABX phone System, camera system, Access Door Controller and Sound System. - English both good writing and speaking as needed. - Have strong organizational skills & ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure.
