- Review existing systems to identify issues/bugs. - Present ideas for system improvements, articulate functional and non-functional requirements. -Work well and closely with external and internal customers, designers and other stakeholders. - Produce detailed technical specifications, workflow documentations. - Develop according to prescribe software development methodology and processes. - Participate in system testing as well as user acceptance testing before going live. - Support deployment of systems and preparation of configuration. - Prepare of technical guide and user training manuals. - Support systems after deployment.

- Familiar with agile software methodology and experience in DevOps environment is a plus. - Business analysis skillset is a plus with the ability to engage with different levels of users. - Familiarity with cloud architecture and concepts. - Windows operating system working knowledge is assumed. Knowledge of Linux operating system environment is a plus. - Programming expertise required in C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, Java, PHP and Python. HTML/CSS knowledge is a pre-requisite. - Design, develop and manage APIs for integration between existing and external systems. - Familiarity with software version control such as Git. - Develop with SQL Server and/or open source database such as PostgreSQL. - Must be a team player and have an analytical approach to problem solving. - Degree in software engineering / Computer Science or equivalent. - Microsoft professional certification is preferred
