- Manage Staffing and movement administration including, recruitment, transfer,promotion, upgrade, confirmation, contract renewal and resignation - Manage the new hire induction process by organizing orientation program and providing relevant information via employee handbook to ensure successful assimilation of new staff into the company. - Keep database of potential candidates and candidate’s applications for the future usage - Liaise with authorities to ensure company are in compliance with Cambodia labor law - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies - Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations - Develop and update weekly and monthly report to HR Manager - Coordinate with HR officer in processing payroll - Coordinate day to day operations of the HR functions and duties - Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields. - At least 2 to 3 years of experience related to HR or Administration; especially in hospitality industry - Computer literacy especially MS office, outlook - Good command of the English language both written and spoken - Able to work independently - Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively - Good in negotiation skill and communication skill - Strong interpersonal skills - High motivate person - Initiative, well planned, and active - Leadership and strong management skills
