- Work directly under sales manager and travel consultants - Make all travel, accommodation and other tour related bookings - Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings when required - Update costing information as necessary - Issue tickets, vouchers and any other documentation - Make/reconfirm all travel, accommodation and other tour related bookings Negotiate and communicate with supply chain for better deals with keeping consistent quality/relationship
