-Coordinate the internal rules and regulations with team members -Organize and delegate works to team member to ensure that the project is completed on time. -Perform design drafting including preliminary drawings, working drawing and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works. -Work with customers and clients to gather information, identifying the design concept, spacing to secure the approval. -Provide a unique and creative design to all phases of design. -Design and review the architectural plan; aiming for aesthetic, space, sustainability, to me the standard design and compliance with the government. -Prepare daily report and correspondence. -Advise subcontractor on the interpretation of plans. -Collaborate with project’s team to ensure that the design meet quality and control during the construction process. -Other duties as assigned by management.

-Graduated with Bachelor in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape architecture and other relevant degree. -Minimum experiences of 3-5 years. -Be able to use and understand both architectural and office works. -Advance knowledge in design software and visual and presentation skills. -Quality works and creative is a must. -Basic understanding of structural analysis and drawing. -Good analytical and problem solving skill. -Be able to lead team and deliver the works on time. -Good planning and monitoring skill. -Good interpersonal skill. -Independent, flexible, be able to work under pressure.
