-preparing and presenting design proposals to clients -producing detailed drawings 2D, 3D -negotiating with contractors and other professionals -attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists -coordinating the work of contractors -making site visits to check on progress -dealing with problems that might come up during building

-Graduated with Bachelor in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape architecture and other relevant degree. -Minimum experiences of 1-2 years. -Be able to use and understand both architectural and office works. -Advance knowledge in design software and visual and presentation skills. -Quality works and creative is a must. -Basic understanding of structural analysis and drawing. -Good analytical and problem solving skill. -Good interpersonal skill. -Independent, flexible, be able to work under pressure.
