Jobs Description

•Spearheading the administration team in managing human resources and administrative duties •Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary •Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures •Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained •Planning and scheduling colleagues’ trip arrangements (including air tickets, hotel etc.) •Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitoring the facilities / consumables usage records and cost-control on various administrative items •Managing the human resources records and handling payroll related matters, e.g. preparing documents for Tax on Salary and NSSF etc. •Handling day‐to‐day administrative operations and ad-hoc tasks with different departments

Jobs Requirement

-Bachelor’s degree -Good communication skill, with good command of written and spoken Khmer, Chinese and English. Able to translate in between languages. -2-3 years of administrative experience with a team of 2 or above, preferably from multi-national companies but not a must -Familiar with facilities operations -Strong problem-solving, coaching and interpersonal skill -Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines -Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures -Proficiency in Microsoft Office & preferably basic accounting -Willing to perform other ad-hoc duties assigned * How to apply: -Interested candidates please submit CV and Covering Letter in BOTH English and Chinese, with stating your current and expected salary through email.
