Job Responsibility • Perform the purchasing activities in order that company material and product for local purchase are smoothly purchases. • Sourcing for quotations from relevant suppliers to select the high quality of product with the good price. • Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of credit, quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned. • Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Send the purchasing order to local vendor at a timely manner. • Work with supplier & Finance department for payment arrangement. • Monitor and work with logistic and supplier for shipment arrangement. • Work with Warehouse team to ensure accuracy of inventory level • Follow up with order status with all suppliers • Other tasks assigned by superior
