Job Summary and Description This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing support for the effective delivery of Partner Resources programs and services to all Starbucks partners in assigned accounts, supporting strategic staffing goals to attract and retain a high-quality diverse workforce with focus on recruitment and engagement. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Role and responsibility: - Implements the overall recruiting strategy and apply HR recruiting best practices. - Identify focused recruitment strategy. Continuously build and sustain a high-quality diverse candidate pipeline and different channel. - Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes. - Handles the testing process (English placement test – IQ test – Typing test). - Coordinates recruitment advertisements and recruitment related events/activities with internal and external parties. - Obtain required position approvals. Conduct post interview debrief meetings to select finalists. -Makes job offers, negotiate with candidates and closes offers. - Provide support to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. - Support partners on general Partner Resources (PR) transaction processing by providing prompt troubleshooting and problem resolution in compliance with Starbucks policies and guidelines. - Track Partner Resources program activity, conducts research, and prepares reports. - Keeps track and documentation of interviews, hires, transfers, contract renewals and terminations. - Prepare job description and conduct orientation program. - Collaborate with operations leaders from Operations Managers to Store partners to ensure that selected partners who will best meet company needs. Ensure compliance with Employer of Choice practices to attract high-quality diverse candidates who will contribute to Starbucks success. - Develop and manage relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool. - Provide training on systems and processes; assists in mentoring team members.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 3 years relevant experience in human resources. - Bachelor degree or above. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook - Recruitment and selection, and Job interview skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. - Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment - Analytical skills How to apply We offer you a career with Starbucks, a great working environment, a rewarding package, systematic training programs and employee benefits.
