- Manage machine operation every day to make sure it runs smoothly - Check production output and quantity from grain dryer, yeast machines and grinding yeast - Check all crew press, boilers, yeast machines, grain dryers and grinding when running - Check cleaning at yeast area, dryers, crew press, grinding area and wood area by each shift - Check quantity of products and update to team - Control loaders, forklifts, tractor - Cooperate with mechanize to check on loaders, forklifts, trucks and tractor - Cooperate with maintenance team for fixing when machines or dryer have problem - Cooperate with purchasing team to request or fix spear parts- equipment - Contact to breweries about level of spent grain and yeast - Cooperate with electrician to grease barring, check and clean motors - Prepare monthly report to Manager - Responsible to hold all the key that is related to production department and under control area - Implement activities as documented in the Company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment - Following ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP requirement and supporting document - Perform other tasks that may be assigned by FeedPro KH Management

- Be able speak English and possess English written and oral communication skills - Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation - Demonstrated superior organizational skills and ability to manage staffs - Knowledge of production machinery and techniques - Knowledge of engineering drawings - Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems - Well-disciplined and willing to work beyond the call of duty - At least 3 years of experience on this production supervisor - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP requirements - Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively - Project management and organizational skills
