1. Manage petty cash expenditure weekly and monthly 2. Overview of monthly tax return, annual tax (TOP, patent, property). 3. Manage Cash hand bank reconciliation 4. Daily follow up entry accounting transaction 5. Post Invoices receipts into accounting system 6. Daily monthly review accounting system 7. Issue invoice, follow up and collect payment form customers. 8. Control AR and AP, prepare AR aging, make AP plan and sales report. 9. Process payment to supplier with enough supporting documents. 10. Record accounting entries in QuickBooks system and ERP 11. Manage A/P and A/R 12. Manage Stock in, Stock out, ending balance make sure inventory stock is correctly 13. Prepare monthly inventory report management 14. Prepare monthly financial reports management 15. Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Knowledge and Skills • Knowledge of Generally Accounting circle • Knowledge of general accounting practices • Skill in written and communications • Knowledge of tax law and business law • Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks • Good in English communication skills, strong organization and problem solving Education and Experience: • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field • At least 3-4years experiences related experiences • Computer literacy (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet,) Be able understand use Quick books and others accounting software likes ERP..etc...
