- Arrange payment to vendors - Contact customers to collect the payment - Daily record payment & collection in to system - Prepare Monthly Summary Statement to customers - Issue invoice/Debit Note/Reimbursement - Follow up payment with customers - Prepare document for customers - Deposit and withdraw cash in bank and transfer money - Copy document for tax declaration - Other tasks as assigned

- Bachelor Degree in Accountant or related fields - At least 1 year experiences with accounting - Very good both in spoken and written English (Chinese/Korean is a plus). - Computer literacy in Quickbook/Peachtree, MS.
