- Collect and check all payment documents from claimers and record them in a journal. - Report capital balance to headquarters once a week. - Apply budget from HQ every month. - File and keep all important contracts and invoice. - Train new recruiting staff about finance regulations and process. - Organized fixed asset, capital, marketing and after-sales materials, stock counting every half year and yearly. - Finance risk control including tax, capital, and other external risk. - Other tasks given by leaders. - Knowledge of tax - Tax-return
