Jobs Description

1). Teller • Provide transfer, bill payment and other services to customers. • Prepare agent request for deposit/withdrawal and post in the system. • Perform batch transfer transactions. • cash in transit transactions, follow up and collect the cash returned. • Post staff payroll deposit to HR account for batch salary automation. • Coordinate with agent transaction support. 2). Sales - Identify potential customers - Maintain contact with new and existing customers. - Respond to sales inquiries from new & existing customers. - Collect, analyze evaluate market information to increase productivity of sales - Promote & sell - Achieve monthly sales target - Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints - Increase product and service brand awareness through various activities - Maintain strong relationship with customers - Intellectual person and able to work under pressure & meet deadline. - Doing others as assigned by manager 3). IT intern - Assist IT to maintain a server - Update/design apps - Other tasks assigned by manager

Jobs Requirement

1). Teller • Good understanding regulatory tax purpose which is align to tax department. • Knowledgeable of business development • Understanding of concept of standard Finance process flow, policy and procedure • Knowledge on working with internal and external auditor • Proficient in English, both written and spoken • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) • College student of bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • None experience also acceptable. • Analytical with good problem-solving skills • Good communication skills 2). Sales Finish high school or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other business related fields is a plus - Basic English language (speaking, reading, writing) - 1 year experience of sales - Strong commitment and working responsibility - Intellectual person and able to work under pressure and meet deadline. - Computer Skill, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet & Email) - Good inter-personal and presentation skill - Can work with minimum support and supervision - Flexible and fast learner 3). IT intern - BA of IT or student in year 2, 3 or 4 who wish to get experience - Good in English to communicate - Good in using Ms.Office - Honesty and flexible - Willing to learn and fast learner
