Job Description - Be able to use 3D Exterior Designs, architectural Designs, Landscape Design (Park development , Resort etc.), Graphic Designs - Project planning, Proposal, Drawing preparation, Sketching, and 3D Rendering Works - Accurate measurement and design's patterns coordination with site - Other related designs. - Strong sense of visual thinking & concept development skills - Be honest , patient, hard-working and willing to work under pressure - Independent personality capable of working on his own and in team environment

Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Architecture - Has 2 year experience in architecture or related field - Good command of English for communication(Speaking, Writing, Listening) - Sketch-up or other software similar - Autodesk AutoCAD - Autodesk 3Ds Max - Rendering software - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Fast learner - Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful - Good communication skills, and interpersonal skills - Strong willing and commitment to achieve work - Willing to work for long term period. - Be able to work under pressure. Working Station: - Architect is based at Head Office. Working Requirement: - Architect shall work under & report directly to Project Manager.
