 Supervise local shipping/logistics team to achieve efficient supply chain management of garment raw materials and finished goods export.  Closely communicate with internal parties on production planning and warehouse management in order to ensure the supply of garment raw materials and export of finished goods to foreign countries are timely and seamlessly in line with production plan and business goals.  Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner  Review warehouse operations regularly to determine overall levels of efficiency, safety, employee morale, and production.  Analyze work orders, invoices, and demand forecasts daily to estimate shipping, storage, and delivery requirements, and use this information to create employee schedules and resource allocation requests.  Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates, and handle complaints calmly and efficiently  Ensure import/export procedures are accurately carried out in compliance with local rules & regulations, company policies as well as customer requirements.  Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (such as warehouse workers, vendors, purchasing managers, suppliers etc.)  Liaise with local government officials to keep abreast of the latest requirements on Custom & Excise.

 Academic degree preferably in logistic management, law or other related field  Extensive understanding of the Shipping, warehouse, export/import, and custom processes ...  Expert on the CT-PAT and related compliance matters  Excellent communicational skills with the ability to converse with all people throughout the organization  Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a must, and English is a plus.  Excellent knowledge of Shipping business operations and shipping (export/import)-based compliance attained through up to 5 years of progressive work experience with a focus on shipping/logistic and regulatory requirements.  Excellent understanding of the custom processes, warehouse management, supply chain management of garment related-raw materials etc.  Time oriented and able to meet deadlines on assignments and to work with all types of individuals up to and including the Board of Directors  Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.
