- Manage monitor full set of accounting (Payment voucher, Receipt voucher, bank reconciliation) - Preparing financial report (Income statement, Balance, A/R, A/P,…) - Posting in Quick Book - Issue invoices to clients - Prepare monthly tax and Annual tax return - Collect & Receive Payment from clients - Prepare payment for supplier (Cash on hand, Check, Petty Cash) - Deposit cash and check received from client by Cash and Check to bank - Other tasks assigned by Director

- Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting or equivalence.  - 2 years’ experience with Accounting  - Excellent organizational skills - Understanding of complex information and requirements - Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt  plans - An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints - Good communication and interpersonal skill. - Hard work and willing to learn new things. - Strong commitment to achieve the job expectation. - Able to use English (Speaking and Witting) - Knowledge of computer skills as Ms. Office, and internet  email - Honesty, integrity and responsibility. - Ability to do research and reportable to work under  pressure.  - Pleasant personality, positive attitude
