• Conduct tests and prepare reports to assess quality of raw materials • Arrange and conduct concrete compression testing with clients • Schedule sample collection, and manage sorting and curing of samples from sites according to standard requirements • Prepare testing results to be reported to lab supervisor • Analyze test data and consolidate report for management decision • Record and feedback to relevant department all discrepancies related to sample quality, testing results and failure modes • Conduct research & development for quality improvement and new product development • Provide timely technical solutions to concrete-related issues at sites • Conduct trial mixes with clients and other ad-hoc projects • Oversee overall operation, health, safety and environment of concrete lab

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 1 year experience in construction industry • Concrete technology & construction materials • Basic structural design knowledge • Analytical & problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure • Professionalism and Organization • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Khmer and English • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work • Proficiency in MS office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point) What we offer: We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits including free meals, Seniority pay, bonus, and insurance, etc. with excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates.
