- Arrange labor force according to scope of work. - QC or QS and Leading site worker. - Control site worker attendance. - Inspector, Survey Road and Concrete to site Engineer. - Manage to use product and method statement. - Provide goods solution to the site worker and site project. - Manage quality of the completed jobs. - Assistant to payment, salary to labor, technical staff - Report the finished job to all concerns. - Get job hand over issued by site project engineering, construction. - Provide training, motivation, conflict to site worker and teams. - Provide technical support to customer. - Responsible for equipment, materials and after work done.
