- Work with Business Analyst ( Stock & Cost Control ) and Admin Cost controller to ensure PKM cost are professionally controlled and stock are economically managed - Arrange monthly analysis and reconciliation of purchasing, man-day results and Bar trading figures - Control incoming supplies by checking brand, quality and quantity if good received against the actual order - Review and reconcile accounting records with those in the department, then submit data necessary for adjustment - Ensure the correct storage of goods and stock rotation is maintained - Conduct stock control on regular basis

- Degree qualification in Accounting or Finance - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting and financial statements - Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong proficiency with Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a range of stakeholders - High level analytical and conceptual thinking ability
