- Can be able to sew all kinds of the sample - Quick understanding on garment flexible styles - Good at technical sewing so that line operation can follow. - Coordinate well with production sites and lines operation. - Well checking with good positive reason for any problem. - Working closely with QC/ QA Department Manage Monitor stock and cut - Be able to teach operators to all operations with acceptable quality - Can do measurement and know the good workmanship and good appurtenance of the garment - Can manage the week schedule of the date submit of the sample. - Others task as assigned by Technical Manager.

- High School or Equivalent - At least 3 years of work experience as Sample room Supervisor with garment factory - Experience in private sector or garment factory is highly desirable - Must know and understand how to read the English - Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem
