** Responsibilities: * Accounting: - Coordination and reporting to regional teams • Drive budgeting process - Point of contact for key clients on financial matters - Review analyzes monthly financial reports & drive financial policy with upper management - Cash flow monitoring & Management, negotiation with key stakeholders - Lead and supervise accounting staff - Ensure secure and smooth running of daily financial operations - Closing of monthly accounts, accounts reconciliation - Responsible for statutory reporting and ensure its compliance with accounting regulations in Cambodia. - Review and verify inventory records year-end. - Reporting to management team ** Taxes: - Closing of monthly tax declaration - Closing of Annual Tax declaration with auditor tax audit team - Manage audit tax (desk, limited, & comprehensive) matters - Ensure timely for tax administration compliance with tax regulation

** Job Requirements: - 5+ years corporate finance experience, with budgeting experience - 5+ years Senior leadership experience in organization - Experience in property management financial is a plus - University degree in accounting or banking and finance. - ACCA holder or candidates under ACCA program is preferred. - Understanding Cambodian Tax - Strong analytical and communication skills - Proactive, flexible, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure, - Excellent communicate in English (speaking & writing) - Ability to lead the team - Good time management and able to meet deadlines - Independent, self-motivated and team player - Rigorous, detail-oriented and precise - Structured & organized - Autonomous & accountable
