** Location : Kampong Cham and Banteay Meanchey Province ** ទីតំាង : កំពង់ចាម​ និង​ បន្ទាយមានជ័យ ** PURPOSE OF POSITION The Loan Recovery Officer is responsible for delinquency management, minimize Non-Performing Loan ( NPL ) through on going monitor Portfolio At Risk ( PAR ) clients' situation, find out solution, addressing late payments as well as late payment collection. ** Major Responsibility - Oversee PAR clients on daily basis, prioritize and identify real root cause of portfolio at risk and work out with debtors, local authorities, and lawyer for bad debt collection - Conduct regular follow up with clients through phone calls, home visit, or written correspondences - Prepare regular reports on status of collection, home/customer visits - Minimize Non-Performing Loan (NPL) - Administrative and general business operations.
