** PURPOSE OF POSITION To support and assist Head of Finance on monthly business financial performances analysis through collecting, analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, and recommending actions for management decisions. The Financial Analyst (FA) is also responsible for assisting and supporting CEO and senior managements on establishing strategic and operational plans on financial related activities. ** Major Responsibility - Identify and ongoing monitor First Finance Financial Performance (Productivity, Profitability, Fund Flow Performance...etc) - Assist in updating & Advising Senior managements on the financial performance and its implications - Identify and drive improvement on financial performance management - Ensure Compliance to Regulators and Investors - Administrative and general business operations

- A minimum of bachelor degree in accounting/ finance. CPA/ACCC degree is highly preferable - At least 1 years of similar experience in a financial analyst role, ideally in a Financial Institution or at least 2 years of experience in a financial role. - Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Good command of Khmer and English (both read and write) - Good at numerical & analytical skills, organizing, facilitating and problem solving skills - Demonstrate thoroughness, Initiative, collaboration, & high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
