- Recruiting and selection: responsible for all level of employee. - Prepare job announcement. - Making the orientation and prepare contract for new employ. - Manage personnel file and keep update. - Prepare any documents to support payroll function. - Manage and update master list. - Update all leave type and Vocation for all employees. - Disciplinary action: warning to employee that breach’s the company policies or internal rule. - Apply yearly Quota and work permit. - Apply OT permit to ministry of labor. - Other task assigned by supervisor or manager. - Office supplies checking - Supervise cleaners/drivers/security guide - Follow up payment to suppliers - Other task will be assigned from time to time -There is already a staff member in this position, and it is necessary to recruit one person to share part of the work.
