- Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash payments - Prepare report daily sales income for products - Prepare daily cash count to be reconciliation with actual cash on hand - Monitor and control inventories in the office and medical equipments to make sure it is updated with efficiency - Prepare daily sales, manage account payable and receivable to make sure it is updated with efficiency - Prepare advance for staff - Prepare payments and dealing with all suppliers - Prepare monthly tax declaration - Prepare monthly financial report and present to manager - Collect the payments and dealing with all kind of customers - Solve the problem arise and self motivation to complete the jobs - Performs other tasks as assigned by Manager

- Female/Male - Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field - At least 3 Years of working experiences in accountancy - Sound knowledge of accounting and taxation - Be familiar and strong in using QuickBooks - Must be good at spoken and written English - Being Honest, Patient, Hard-working, flexible and resilient - Microsoft office (word, Excel and outlook) and internet and email.
