TARGETS: 1. To maintaining company’s fixed assets 2. To develop and administrate an accounting system meeting the demands of the company 3. To ensure proper control on financial documents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Prepare payment for local and oversea supplier base on term payment. 2. Booking transaction to accounting system. 3. Controlling master fixed assets. 4. Prepare monthly fixed asset depreciation. 5. Administrate on Finance’s documents and proper filing. 6. Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly tax declaration. 7. Other tasks as assigned by Finance manager. SUPERVISOR : 1. Finance Manager

JOB QUALIFICATION : 1. Education / Knowledge - At least bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields. Knowledge of - Finance and Accounting - Administration of documentation and filing system. 2. Experiences - At least 2 years experiences in Accounting & Finance or relevant field. 3. Skills and Requirements - Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Quicken, and Peachtree, Sage…). - Accounting and book keeping skills. - Honest, accurate, be flexible, be respectful and able to work under pressure. - Willing to learn a new thing. - Good interpersonal skill and communication skill with internal management. - Demonstrate sound work ethics.
