Marketing Assistant • Assist & support marketing manager to achieve the target • Research, analyze and evaluate the competitive market environment • Coordinate with the relevant team to implement the marketing and promotion plan, according to store promotions and promotional programs • Monitor threats & opportunities to ensure market development • Keep effective control of budgets & costing of marketing development • Develop Marketing Plan for the assigned products for implementation and evaluate the affectionate of the plan • Lead, train and monitor Marketing Representatives in the compliance of their work plans and work standards • Check or follow-through the Marketing Representative's implementation of plans and achievement of the objectives • Other tasks assigned by manager.

1). B&D Assistant • Degree / Diploma in Business, Banking or Marketing related courses • Fluent in both Khmer and English both in writing and speaking • Basic understanding and skills on Microsoft Excel and Words • Comfortable with attending meetings with partners & clients • Hardworking and goal-driven • Capable of working under high pressure & specified datelines • Creative and Imaginative • Should have a basic understanding of the Financial Service industry 2). Marketing Assistant • Have knowledge & experience in marketing & research. • Have initiative idea in marketing and public relationship activities. • Be able to assist on analysis market & questionnaire. • Bachelor’s degree of Marketing, Business management or another related field. • Must be self-driven, highly motivated & have strong leadership and influencing skills, English Language comprehension, Leadership training, Product Marketing training, Computer literate. • Minimum 1 year in Sales & Marketing, researching or another similar capacity • Good communication skills • Proficient in English (preferable)
