* Description Summary The Senior Maintenance Technician works under the supervisor of Assistant Engineering Supervisor will assists in managing CamEd maintenance/technical staff to effectively maintain all CamEd facilities/equipment/property. * Main Output To effectively help Assistant Engineering Supervisor and lead Maintenance Technician do daily maintenance work in order maintain all CamEd facilities/equipment/property * Job Responsibilities -Technical knowledge, organizational skills, and management skills -Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings -Responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed -Accurately check and repair any defects -Daily report to Assistant Engineering Supervisor -Monthly report on balance assets such as tools, materials, etc. -Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply - One year of relevant experience in refrigerators and air conditioners and other categories of appliances repair - Good command of written and spoken English - Eager to learn new things, flexible and possess a can-do attitude - Able to accept challenges and work under pressure - Good interpersonal skills, friendly, confident and communicative - Basic PC skill (Excel, word, Power Point) - Open mind & team work mind - Be able to work overtime (until late in the night) or holiday in emergency situations such as equipment failure Note: Closing date 12-June-2019
