- Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers - Issue change, receipts and refunds - Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change - Prepare receipt/ payment voucher - Control AR/AP on System - Do cash flow report - Perform bookkeeping - Weekly Cash forecast - Issue manual invoice - Other task assigns by Manager

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance - Good at English knowledge both speaking and writing - Computer proficiency: Word, Excels, Peachtree, Internet, & E-mail - Be honest and Hard working - Can work under pressure - Be Dynamic and be flexible" - Good communication - Willing to learn new things
