• Regularly manage stock in and out • Lot number and expiry date must be property controlled both actual and systematic • Out of stock must be immediately identify and report to related staff and principals • Short expiry date and expired stock must be immediately documented and report • Damaged stock must be properly identify and allocated in the system • Inventory cycle count must be in place till all the inventory is controlled firmly • All inventory adjustment must be documented and approved first by manager • Manage and control inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy checks • Ensure incoming products is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure and policy • Identify a minimum stock level and re-order when stock reach that level by alert to the supply chain manager • Manually keeping track, list of stock and nothing its location and value, coding every items be more easier and faster in counting and finding. • The stock control system must be enable to tracking stock levels, make order and issue stock • Documented all the purchase stock or the receiving stock, goods receipt note, • Inventory checklist should be in place format of the inventory checklist will be setting up

• Bachelor's degree course, preferably computer science course or information technology • Preferably with 2 years experiences in information analysis or data management • Excellent communication skills, English Language comprehension, Computer literate
