- Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works. - Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and general IT technical supports. - Weekly report to the line managers but must be immediately report if any critical issues found. - Maintain the administrator of Email, Surveillance Camera Security, Server, Firewall, Computer Network Equipment (switch, Router) - Maintain Computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printer, Finger Print, Network Devices and Utilities including virus cleaning. - Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. - Responsible for network devices configuration within security methods. - All authentication/ authorization information must be in a secret way. - Provide smoothly communication with IT team. - Adapt with workplace environment and quick learn the new technologies. - Other technical tasks will be assigned by Supervisor. ** Personal Qualities: - Knowledgeable in banking and business industries - Being able to work as team and maintaining good relationship with teammate - Having proper attitude with courteous behavior - Flexible and able to cope with problem solving and challenging - Good time management
