Jobs Description

•The Government Liaison Manager is accountable for the following tasks: •Act as liaison between the company and government officials/dignitaries/various statutory authorities to escalate and process for electricity, water, and infrastructure related applications, crucial permission and approval of permits. •Coordinate with the affiliated company's project team, sales and marketing and executive office team for outstanding submissions to government. •Arrange meetings/site visits and meet-up/coordinate/conduct site checking with Government officials/Dignitaries/various statutory authorities •Monitor all applications applied and letters requested as well as any additional drawing submitted to government authorities. •Translate related incoming letters from government authorities and coordinate to take action. •Constantly monitor government updated information and regulation for the company's projects and take action as required. •Highlight relevant outstanding issues to management, relevant teams for problem settlement on time and settle all incident at a site by government authority in a timely manner. •Maintain a database of all liaison related documentation; constantly monitor the same and ensure timely renewal of approvals/sanctions. •Coordinate with the project team for investors, JV &Contractor; related liaison support. •Assist the MD in the implementation of SOP documentation and execution. •And any other tasks as assigned by the MD.

Jobs Requirement

•A degree holder in Public Relation, Law, Economics, General Management degree or related discipline, holding an MBA degree would be an advantage. •Min 5 years liaison experience in a senior position with government institutions. Experienced in a Real Estate industry is preferred •Proficiency in Khmer and English, Mandarin is an added advantage. •Familiar with liaison and government process and regulations in the real estate development industry. •Experienced in meeting and site checking arrangement with government authorities and able to represent the company to outsider. Perform daily book keeping and accounting data entry. •Ability to identify and coordinate with lead project heads related to the design and deliverables. •Ability to interpret and translate the requirements of the Statutory boards, enquire and follow-up and communicate across the needs to Project team. •Ability to analyses the information and create accurate submission of applications and documentations to relevant government institutions. •Strategic, analytical and good organizational skills. •High level of accuracy and professional communication •Independent and motivated and sense of urgency; •Able to work in a highly matrix and multicultural environment; •Strong oral and written communications skills in both Khmer and English language •Able to work well under pressure.
