RECRUITMENT CONDITIONS: - Cambodian nationality - Language skill required: English and/or French in addition to Khmer MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Insure the activities of the International Vaccination Center and Rabies Prevention Center in Phnom Penh according to the Standard Operation Procedures under the supervision of the head of Vaccination Service - Supervise nurses - Provide consultation and prescription in vaccination and rabies prevention according to IPC Standard Operation Procedures - Involve in communication activities related to vaccination: provide answers/advices patients via phone call, email or Facebook page - Involve in management of data and related documents - Manage the cold chain and stock-inventory - Generate regular activity reports - Communicate with management team and laboratory team at IPC - Manage biological specimens and laboratory results (rabies prevention centers) - Insure necessary opening of vaccination centers during public holidays for the benefit of patients - Involve in periodic missions to provinces for assessment and supervision of rabies prevention centers in Kampong Cham and Battambang
