-To assist overall of Customer Service Operation -To monitor and analysis, productivities, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction -To ensure and promote Fix-It-Right and adequate technical information, tools and equipment -To be together with General Service and Body & Paint Leader to ensure high job efficiency and productivities -To initiate the improvement activities for service advisor and spare parts team to ensure high customer satisfaction -To be regular find out the wastefulness operation and countermeasure on discussion with customer service manager -To conduct market survey and cooperate with distributor to set up promotion or campaign -To prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports to customer service manager

-Bachelor Degree in marketing or other related fields -Excellent knowledge of communication and convincing skill -Good teamwork and interpersonal skills -Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement -Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job -Good at English language (speaking, writing, and listening skill)
