1. Maintain relationship with new and current merchants; 2. Provide training to merchants on business processes and operational requirements; 3. Facilitate reliable delivery of merchandising materials, POS/MPOS and paper rolls to merchants; 4. Ensure collection of documents and merchant business requirements within the set timeline; 5. Handle merchant/agent and customer questions; 6. Gather feedback from merchants and customers to develop recommended solutions for business improvement; 7. Follow call card consistently according to standard working procedure; 8. Promote and position the company's marketing and merchandising materials according to standard; 9. To ensure merchandising materials is well maintained and up-to-date; 10. Monitor and escalate any upcoming merchant promotion; 11. Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market; 12. Maintain and prepare reporting for the assigned areas.

1. Have at least 2-year sales experience; 2. Have experience in sales to customers based in a diverse range of industries; 3. Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions; 4. Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines; 5. Multi-lingual (Khmer, English, and Chinese) is required; 6. Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact, including liaising across multiple parties; 7. Have the ability to remain integrated to a team, while working remotely and independently; 8. Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills.
